Taz6 Archim2 autohome doesn't position nozzle over z-stop

I’ve installed the latest firmware for my Taz 6 with Archim 2. Everything works correctly (all endstops are functional and detected by the MB). The problem is when I do a manual “Auto Home” using the control panel on the printer (or G28 via pronterface), the printer will home the x-axis, then the y-axis, but it doesn’t move the bed forward (y-axis) to line up the nozzle with the z-axis endstop. I get the dreaded “too far…” error message when I attempt to use the “Set Home Offsets” manually from the lulzbot control panel. Any help would be appreciated.

It would be useful to determine if this was working on older versions. Can you see whether any older releases work, and if so, identify the first release where it behaves differently?

You can use the firmware tool to do this:

Please reset the firmware settings with M502 followed by M500 after installing each previous version. If you identify that this functionality was broken in a particular release I might be able to work with you to identify the cause.
