Tracking down a ghost - Y shift

Hey team. Running into some random y-axis shift.

Taz6 / Archim2 / X&Y Openbuilds / BLTouch / Titan Aero / DO Release 49

:white_check_mark: Mechanically everything is good. Belts are tight, carriage is moving without snags.
:white_check_mark: Electrical connections are good between stepper and board.
:white_check_mark: Not overdriving from a speed perspective.
:white_check_mark: Y stepper was running hot to the touch (65C) so I put a little fan on it which brought the temp down drastically.

Switching from IGUS to v-rails makes the carriage run smoother but there is a bit more friction/drag in the system. I am playing with moving the stepper current up from 975ma to 1100ma to see if this resolves.

Next steps is going to be to swap out the stepper and switch the driver from Y 2130 to the unused E2.

Other than this issue I feel like I have my FrankenTaz running really well

Thoughts?

Just something to check: some users have occasionally reported issues due to the loose ends of the belts jamming the carriage wheels.
