Ok So I recently upgraded to linear rails on my X and Y axes, and because of this I needed to move my BLtouch mount point. Fortunately, there’s enough space right behind the two nozzles on the Dual Extruder v3.1, which I thought was an excellent place to mount it just by modifying the x carriage guide that holds the bottom of the toolhead in place. Easy-peasey. I changed my X and Y probe offsets to 6.5 (in between the two nozzles, 6.5mm to the right of the 1st nozzle) and -33 (behind the nozzles) respectively. I homed my printer a couple times, and all seemed to be well, but now when I go to home, it homes Y (and makes a terrible noise moving the bed back from the endstop, but that’s another issue) and X fine, but it complains about Z probe past bed and doesn’t do anything else. What’s weird to me is that my previous bltouch mount was something like -17,-47 so I’d assume the defined probe area would be able to handle a more moderate offset.
Any ideas?
Edit: running DO (whatever the latest release is) on a TAZ 6 with an Archim2 board.
I had my negatives and positives reversed.
